This is what you I do (have done the same)
First: Make sure OS installation CD (which is) with the computer. Otherwise, go through my previous statements. My instructions are first, the best and safest way to do this.
Second: 1 Insert the Mac OS X.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Immediately after the startup tone, hold down the C key to boot from the CD.
4. Appear after the installation, do not click on Next. Instead, choose Installer> Open Disk Utility.
5. Select delete the drive.
6. Click the Delete tab.
Even if you have an external hard drive - the bot can (if the computer while holding down the Alt key, and when two hard drives appears, right-click to copy) and utlity boot disk and follow the same direction.
Apple does not know the operating system disks free, but you can call and see if they send your disks use a lower rate than the purchase of Leopard. (http://www.apple.com/support/contact/pho ...
I hope you have your disks.
(http://forums.macrumors. com / showthread.p ... You can also try the driver in a torrent download - not sure how they were easy to find / download.
I suggest calling (Apple Support link above) if you have your disks.
After the removal - simply insert the first disc and guide you through the process. It is necessary that you put in your name - or simply wait for the other person and tell them to install it. I installed with my name and address, which I had to put other applications when I sold it, so that they see in action.
Good luck selling questions - and others, please contact me via Yahoo! - I will try my best to help.
